You Don't Need to Be a Developer — Your Own Consultations, Powered by AI
No CLI, no coding required. Connect TalkBridge once to the AI app you already use (ChatGPT or Claude desktop), and from then on you can instruct the AI in plain language to connect your Kakao SangdamTalk (Kakao's customer-consultation chat) channel and run real consultations.
You just talk to your AI app; TalkBridge handles the Kakao integration, lookups, and sending. ChatGPT and Claude desktop both connect with the same address.
What is MCP? (in plain terms)
MCP is "a standard for attaching external tools to AI apps." It sounds technical, but using it is simple — just paste the TalkBridge address into your AI app and you're connected. Like USB: plug it in once, and the AI can use TalkBridge features.

- Claude desktop ✅ Supported
Both work the same way; only the menu location for adding it the first time differs slightly. (How to connect →)
What can you do?
Simply saying things like this in your AI app's chat window gets consultation work done.
- 🔗 Channel connection (onboarding) — "Tell me the connection status of my Kakao channel", "Take me through to SangdamTalk activation"
- 👀 View consultations — "Show me the customers currently in consultation", "Show me what this customer said"
- 💬 Respond to consultations — "Send this customer a reply saying 'Hello, I'll help you with that'"
- 🤖 AI-run consultations — The AI understands the customer's inquiry, drafts a response following your guidance, and sends it right away. It becomes your own AI consultation supporter.
What you need
- ChatGPT (a plan that allows adding connectors) or Claude desktop
- A TalkBridge partner account (for logging in) — an account with channel and consultation permissions
Next steps
- Connect to your AI app — ChatGPT / Claude desktop (5 minutes)
- Usage — from connecting a channel to running AI consultations, in a single sentence
When connecting, you log in with your own partner account, and the AI app can only handle the brands (channels) you manage.
If you're a developer, you can use the same features through the CLI or the API. This section is a guide for those who want to use TalkBridge without coding.
