Email Notifications

TalkBridge notifies you of events during your use of the service at the account's primary email. Emails are sent automatically with no setup required, and email is currently the only delivery method.

What to know

  • The recipient is a single address: the account's primary email. It's the email you signed up with; there is no feature yet to add or change recipients.
  • The 80% warning is sent only once per cycle. Crossing 80% again within the same cycle does not trigger another email. Counting starts fresh when the next cycle begins.
  • The deletion email is sent once, at completion. No acknowledgment email is sent when you schedule deletion; it's sent after the scheduled date has passed and the deletion is processed. For immediate deletion, it's sent right after the request → Delete account
  • There is no opt-out setting. All of these are informational notifications about your payment and usage status, not marketing emails, so no option to turn them off is provided.
  • Emails do not promise refunds or settlements. No notification, including the deletion-complete email, contains refund processing or settlement schedules. For refund conditions, see Billing.

If an email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first; if it's still missing, contact Support.
