Connecting TalkBridge to Your AI App

Add TalkBridge to the AI app you use as a connector. Both ChatGPT and Claude desktop are supported, and the procedure is almost identical — only the menu location differs; the address you paste is the same. You only need to do this once.

Just one thing to prepare — the server address

https://mcp.talkbridge.io/mcp

This address is all you need. There is no need to create a separate ID, password, or complicated key — paste the address, a browser opens, and one sign-in with your Google account is all it takes.

All three steps take about five minutes. Below, only the menu location differs per app.

Connecting in ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Connectors (or "Add apps/tools") → Add new.
  2. For the connection type, choose MCP server (custom connector).
  3. Paste the server address above.
  4. When a browser window opens, sign in with your Google account → approve → done.

Connecting in Claude desktop

  1. In Claude desktop, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the server address above.
  3. When a browser window opens, sign in with your Google account → approve → done.

Both apps use the same address. Only the name of the menu where you add it the first time differs slightly between apps.

Verifying the connection

Once connected, ask the AI something like this.

"Tell me my partner information and the brands I manage"

If your list of brands appears, you're all set. Now move on to Usage.

Why is login required?

You need to sign in with your own Google account so that the AI app can handle only your channels and consultations (isolated from other partners). TalkBridge manages the login method, so even if more login options are added later, your AI app settings stay the same.
